- Is this suitable for beginners?
- Yes. Our hosted movement practices are adapted for different experience levels, so first-time yogis and experienced athletes can both feel supported.
- Who is this retreat for?
- Solo travellers, couples, professionals, remote workers, and anyone craving meaningful travel with real people. It suits guests who are open to trying something physical and new, and comfortable spending a week in a small group of fourteen.
- What's the food like?
- Fresh, Thai, considered. Dietary needs are handled - just tell us in advance. Vegetarian options are always available, though not required.
- How do I get there?
- Complimentary group airport transfer is provided from Phuket International Airport (HKT) on arrival day. The scheduled group transfer departs at approximately 3:00 PM on October 23. We recommend choosing a flight that gives you enough time to clear immigration, collect your luggage and be ready for the group departure.
Arriving outside the group transfer window? We can help coordinate an individual/private airport transfer for you at your own expense. The cost of an individually arranged transfer is not included in the retreat price.
- What's the movement/yoga schedule like?
- San and Cam lead daily sessions — yoga, breathwork and movement — as part of their own practice, complimentary and scaled for every level. Guests also join an exclusive Muay Thai session arranged for the Raksa group, with local coaches at an authentic Krabi gym.
- What should I bring?
- Light activewear for yoga, movement and Muay Thai; swimwear and a quick-dry towel; reef-safe sunscreen; insect repellent; a reusable water bottle; a light rain layer; and a good book. Yoga mats, Muay Thai gloves and snorkeling equipment are provided for the scheduled activities.
- What fitness level is required?
- The retreat is designed to accommodate a range of fitness levels, and our hosted movement practices can be adapted where appropriate. However, the program includes hiking, kayaking, Muay Thai, swimming and other active outdoor experiences, so guests should be comfortable with moderate physical activity and extended walking. No prior experience with martial arts, inversions or breathwork is required.
- Is travel insurance required?
- Yes. Comprehensive travel insurance is required for every guest. Your policy should cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, personal liability and the activities included in the retreat, including adventure and physical activities such as Muay Thai, hiking, kayaking, swimming and snorkeling. Please check your policy carefully before travelling.
